COVID-19 Vaccinations

Have you, your family members, or friends been vaccinated yet? Our church has undergone the necessary steps through CDC to host vaccinations on our campus. This is to provide opportunities and convenience for our church members. Priority will be given to volunteers on Sundays (especially Education Department teachers). But anyone over the age of 16 is able to register through our church to be vaccinated!

    • 1st Dose: Wednesday, May 5, 9 AM - 3 PM

    • 2nd Dose: Wednesday, May 26, 9 AM - 3 PM

  • Location: SRCC Main Campus Grace Chapel (1111 N. Brookhurst St.)

  • Vaccine Brand:  Pfizer

  • Bring with you:

    • Photo ID

    • Insurance card

  • Note: You will be required to sign a consent form
