2024 Financial Giving Statement Request Forms Available

Financial giving request forms are available for those who would like to receive a summary of your 2024 financial giving to the church. Request forms must be submitted in order to receive your report. Reports will not be processed without a submitted form.

“Offering Total for Tax Return” forms are available to submit both in-person and online. To submit in-person, please request the form at the SRCC Main Office (located at 1111 N. Brookhurst St. Anaheim, CA 92801).

When will I receive my report?

Reports will be available and sent out via email or mail (depending on your selection in the form) after January 19, 2025.
