Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays starting June 22 until August 19
Time: 7:00-7:30 PM (Diet tip chat around 8 PM)
Time subject to changed based on the group’s schedule/preferences
Schedule:
Warming up (5 min.)
Strength workout (20 min.)
Stretching/cooling down (5 min.)
(Optional) Chatting about healthy diet tips, meal plans, daily checklists, etc.

Required items:
Space to move around
Comfortable clothes
2 dumbbells (or 2 water bottles!) (3-5 lbs recommended for females, 10-16 lbs recommended for males)
