20-Min Strength Workout Group

Details

  • Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays starting June 22 until August 19

  • Time: 7:00-7:30 PM (Diet tip chat around 8 PM)

    • Time subject to changed based on the group’s schedule/preferences

    • Schedule:

      • Warming up (5 min.)

      • Strength workout (20 min.)

      • Stretching/cooling down (5 min.)

      • (Optional) Chatting about healthy diet tips, meal plans, daily checklists, etc.

  • Platform: Zoom (contact Erin to receive link)

  • Required items:

    • Space to move around

    • Comfortable clothes

    • 2 dumbbells (or 2 water bottles!) (3-5 lbs recommended for females, 10-16 lbs recommended for males)
