The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.

• Methods: Take a shoebox and fill it with gifts or donate online (see below)

• Shoebox pickup/drop-off period: October 23 to November 13

  *Guides on how to pack shoeboxes provided with the boxes

• Shoebox pickup/drop-off locations:

  • Sundays - Booth available at Hyssop Hall

  • Tuesdays to Sundays - SRCC Main Campus (booth on Sundays, Grace Chapel on weekdays)

How to Donate Financially

• To give online, select:

  • Fund: Designated

  • Subfund: Shoebox

  • Type your membership # in “Memo”

• To mail-in offering (or if you’re using the church envelopes):

  • Write “Shoebox” somewhere on the memo line of the check along with your membership #

  • Check “Designated” on the envelope and write in “Shoebox”
