The study of theology is not merely a theoretical exercise of the intellect. It is a study of the living God, and of the wonders of all his works in creation and redemption.
— Wayne Grudem, Systematic Theology

Foundations is a 10-week course that explores the foundational teachings of the Christian faith. The course is split into two 5-week sections:

  • Part I (5 weeks): The Revelation of God

  • Part II (5 weeks): God's Work of Salvation

Foundations is offered twice a year, once in the Fall term (September-November) and once in the Spring term (April-June). Each week, the class runs for 2 hours on Sunday afternoons. The course will also require you to devote some time each week for assigned readings and reflection exercises.

This course is open for any member of Sa-Rang Community Church and is a required course for anyone who wants to go through HolyWave’s Discipleship Training program. If you want to get more rooted and grounded in your faith, this may be the right course for you.

For any questions, contact Pastor Jonas Lee at
